TransScript?Uni RT是由基因改造篩選得到，具有寬廣的反應(yīng)溫度（42℃-65℃）和超高的熱穩(wěn)定性。本產(chǎn)品以RNA為模板，在同一反應(yīng)體系中，合成第一鏈cDNA的同時去除RNA模板中殘留的基因組DNA。反應(yīng)結(jié)束后，只需在85℃加熱5秒鐘，即可同時失活TransScript?-Uni RT/RI與gDNA Remover。該酶最佳反應(yīng)溫度50℃。
