ProteinExt? Mammalian Nuclear and Cytoplasmic Protein Extraction Kit用于提取哺乳動物細胞和組織樣品中的細胞核蛋白和細胞漿蛋白，所提取的蛋白具有天然的構象和良好的生物學活性。本試劑盒具有非常高的蛋白提取效率，能夠有效地分離細胞核蛋白和細胞漿蛋白，兩者的交叉污染率通常低于10%。本試劑盒操作簡便，無需超速離心機等設備，約80分鐘即可完成全部流程，提取的蛋白可用于SDS-PAGE、WesternBlot、ELISA、酶活性分析、免疫沉淀、轉(zhuǎn)錄因子活性分析等后續(xù)實驗。
