TransLvTM Lentivirus qPCR Titration Kit提供了一種利用qPCR方法檢測慢病毒轉導細胞中整合的前病毒序列拷貝數的方法。該方法簡單快速、靈敏高效，兼容第二代和第三代HIV-1慢病毒包裝載體。慢病毒包裝后轉導易感細胞 (如HT1080，HEK-293T等)，提取慢病毒轉導細胞基因組，進行qPCR反應，通過標準曲線Ct值計算整合的前病毒拷貝數，進而得到確定的慢病毒滴度。
以梯度稀釋的標準品為模板進行擴增得到標準曲線，結果顯示，TransGen產品擴增效率高，線性關系好。
