干細(xì)胞因子(Stem cell factor, SCF),也稱為KIT配體,是一種結(jié)合酪氨酸激酶受體(c-kit)的細(xì)胞因子。SCF也被稱為“c-kit配體”[1-2]。SCF是一種對(duì)造血干細(xì)胞和其他造血祖細(xì)胞的存活、增殖和分化很重要的生長(zhǎng)因子。其作用之一是將紅細(xì)胞系列中最早的紅細(xì)胞前體BFU-E(突發(fā)形成單位紅細(xì)胞)細(xì)胞轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)镃FU-E(集落形成單位紅細(xì)胞)[3]。重組SCF可以與G-CSF聯(lián)合使用,提高外周血中CD34+細(xì)胞的濃度,動(dòng)員外周血祖細(xì)胞(PBPC),快速恢復(fù)癌癥患者的骨髓造血功能。在自體造血干細(xì)胞移植中,SCF的使用可以增加動(dòng)員到外周血的造血干細(xì)胞數(shù)量,有助于收集足夠數(shù)量的干細(xì)胞以進(jìn)行移植[4]。
