Activin A由兩個抑制素β亞基通過二硫鍵連接組成同型二聚體,通過特定的受體激活細胞內(nèi)的信號傳導途徑。Activin A在調(diào)控細胞的生長、分化、凋亡以及組織修復等多種生物學過程中起著關鍵作用[1]。Activin A通過與I型和II型激活素受體結(jié)合,激活SMAD依賴性信號通路,從而調(diào)節(jié)目標基因的表達。這一過程對于多種細胞功能和發(fā)育過程至關重要[2-3]。Activin A參與了多種疾病的發(fā)病機制,包括某些癌癥的發(fā)展、自身免疫性疾病的病理過程以及組織纖維等。Activin A的調(diào)節(jié)作用使其成為治療策略中的潛在靶點,尤其是在促進傷口愈合、改善免疫功能以及抗癌治療中 [4-6]。
