HLA-DR是由36 kDa α鏈和27 kDa β鏈組成的異二聚體,由6號染色體短臂的MHC基因復(fù)合物編碼。兩條鏈可由許多不同的等位變異形態(tài)出現(xiàn),存在高度的多態(tài)性。HLA-DR結(jié)構(gòu)性表達(dá)在抗原遞呈細(xì)胞上,主要表達(dá)于免疫系統(tǒng)的細(xì)胞[1]。HLA-DR在單核細(xì)胞上強表達(dá),尤其是CD14+CD16+亞群[2];在巨噬細(xì)胞、粒細(xì)胞、漿樣樹突狀細(xì)胞、小膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞、郎格漢斯細(xì)胞上亦可表達(dá)[1,3,4]。HLA-DR還可表達(dá)于一些造血細(xì)胞的幼稚階段,例如BFU-E,但不表達(dá)在CFU-E或原紅細(xì)胞[5]。本產(chǎn)品為小鼠抗人HLA-DR單克隆抗體,用于IF和FC方法特異性檢測人HLA-DR蛋白。
