CD105,又稱為內(nèi)皮糖蛋白,是一種以二硫鍵連接的同型二聚體跨膜蛋白。CD105是TGF-β受體復(fù)合體的輔助受體,在相關(guān)信號轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)通路中發(fā)揮作用[1,2]。CD105在血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞中高度表達(dá),是腫瘤血管生成的標(biāo)志性分子[3]。此外,CD105也在活化的單核細(xì)胞和巨噬細(xì)胞表面表達(dá)[4]。它在血管生成調(diào)節(jié)中起重要作用[5,6]。本產(chǎn)品為小鼠抗人CD105單克隆抗體,用于FC方法特異性檢測人CD105蛋白。
