Thy-1/CD90是一種GPI錨定、受發(fā)育調(diào)控的細(xì)胞表面糖蛋白。它參與多種細(xì)胞類型的細(xì)胞粘附和細(xì)胞通訊,尤其是在免疫和神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)的細(xì)胞中。Thy-1/CD90被廣泛用作造血干細(xì)胞的標(biāo)記物[1]。Thy-1/CD90 mRNA和蛋白表達(dá)下降與上皮性卵巢癌的發(fā)生有關(guān)聯(lián),表明可能具有潛在的人卵巢癌抑癌基因作用[2]。研究表明,Thy-1/CD90 敲除小鼠會(huì)出現(xiàn)皮膚免疫應(yīng)答受損及視網(wǎng)膜發(fā)育異常[3]。Thy-1/CD90在某些疾病狀態(tài)(如肺纖維化)受表觀遺傳調(diào)節(jié),或出現(xiàn)失調(diào),Thy-1/CD90啟動(dòng)子的潛在可逆過度甲基化可能會(huì)為這種疾病提供新的治療選擇[4]。本產(chǎn)品為小鼠抗人Thy-1/CD90單克隆抗體,用于WB方法特異性檢測人Thy-1/CD90蛋白。
